This very spacious and well equipped cottage, with original beams, faces away from the courtyard, enjoying a private aspect with views over the surrounding countryside and woodland. It has its own pretty cottage garden, with barbecue and outdoor furniture together with its own bike store. Inside, the ground floor consists of an L-shaped twin-bedded room with sitting area, a colour TV and a large floor-to-ceiling picture window; a large double bedded room with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin; a twin-bedded room, a utility room with WC and a separate bathroom with over bath shower and washbasin. A wide staircase leads to the first floor. Here can be found a sitting room with open fire, colour TV and video; a modern fitted kitchen and dining area; and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC and Victorian bath. A supply of logs is provided free of charge.

Butler's Quarters

This comfortable property with original features and beams enjoys its own large cottage garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture, sitting room with wood-burning stove, door to garden and archway to large modern fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a utility room with fridge/freezer and a separate shower room with WC and washbasin. A wide staircase leads to the first floor with two double-bedded rooms, each with a separate bathroom, WC and wash basin. There is also a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, a second twin-bedded room, and a nursery room. A supply of logs is provided free of charge

The Granary

A beautifully restored cottage with many unusual architectural features, comfortable living room with log burner, TV, video, DVD, music center and payphone. Dining room to seat 22 with well equipped adjoining kitchen. Entrance lobby with cloakroom and WC. Two ground floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded) each with en-suite shower/WC. First floor; twin bedded room with en-suite WC, small bath and over bath shower: double bedded room with en-suite shower/WC. Bunk bedded room and double-bedded room (king-size) share an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower/WC etc.

Second floor; spacious attic bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite shower/WC. All bedrooms except bunk have colour TVs.

Dining for up to 22 with double oven and kitchen facilities to match. Fully c/heated F.O.C., supply of logs F.O.C. 7 colour TVs. 2 x ground floor bedrooms.

Dove Cote

Facing onto the courtyard, this cottage enjoys direct access to the pool via a connecting door, but is completely self contained and private. It boasts a modern fitted kitchen with dining area. On the first floor is a spacious sitting room overlooking the attractive cobbled courtyard and two bedrooms; one a generous L-shaped double and one a small twin-bedded room overlooking woodland and paddock. The bathroom/WC has an over-bath shower. Central heating is by storage heaters.
