Dovecote Cottage at Hopton Hall sleeps four and is full of charm, comfort, and character – perfect for a peaceful break in the Derbyshire countryside.
Tucked away in the pretty courtyard, this cosy two-bedroom cottage has a warm, quirky feel and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Downstairs, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area – a great spot to cook and eat together. Head upstairs to find a spacious sitting room with comfy sofas and a lovely view over the cobbled courtyard.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and calm, stylish décor – ideal for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a cosy twin bedroom with views across the paddock and trees, plus a modern bathroom with an over-bath shower.
Guests can enjoy the on-site indoor swimming pool, explore acres of peaceful gardens and woodland, and soak up the friendly atmosphere of the estate. Whether you're planning walks in the Peak District or simply want to relax and unwind, Dovecote Cottage is a great base to do it all.

Minimum stay is 3 days over the weekend, and 4 nights midweek, but we are flexible to move our schedule around to suit you and you holidays needs.
Our arrival time is 4:00pm and our departure time is 9:30am
We have a no dog/pet policy.
PAYMENT: Bookings are CONFIRMED on receipt of the deposit of 1/3rd of the holiday cost.
We are flexible over Christmas and New year but our preference is for a weekly booking.
